Where will my money go?
Your gift will support local agencies offering health and human service
programs. It's estimated that 1 out of every 3 people in Effingham
County will use these programs.
$3 per pay period - $78 annually
A portable bed, sheet and blanket for an infant who has no safe place to
sleep.
Therapeutic riding hour for one foster child.
Emergency food for three families of three.
One week of summer camp for one child.
Clothing for one child after a single-family fire.
$2 per pay period - $52 annually
Provides one family one night of emergency shelter from domestic
violence.
One hour of family crisis counseling.
Prescription fee for four chronically ill people.
One winter coat for a child.
Allows eight Girl Scouts to make chemotherapy caps for cancer patients.
$1 per pay period - $26 annually
Four 1/2 hours of sexual abuse prevention education for 250 children.
One night of foster care.
School supplies for one child.
Home-delivered meals for the elderly.
One youth sport registration.
