United Way "Cheeseburgers in Paradise"

 The United Way would like to invite EVERYONE to come out and enjoy the fun filled evening that includes great food, live & silent auction, and music by the One Man Band. The party is scheduled for Friday, February 10, 2012, at the Effingham Knights of Columbus Hall.  Advance tickets are $25 per person or $30 at the door.  Tickets can be purchased from any United Way Board Member, Midland States Bank or by calling the United Way office at (217) 342-3824. 

 Doors will open at 5:30 pm with the meal being served from 6-7:30 pm.

Entertainment for the night will be provided by the “One Man Band” with a raffle & silent auction.  A live auction will be conducted by local auctioneer, Trent Schmid.  There will be great items and get-away packages to bid on, so come out and have fun!

 The United Way supports 22 local health and human service agencies. All proceeds from the night’s festivities will go into the general funds to help support the programming provided by these agencies.

United Way Gala

The United Way Gala will be held on Saturday, October 20, 2012 at the Thelma Keller Convention Center.  This event is a wonderful opportunity to help United Way partner with the 22 local agencies helping those in need in Effingham County. There will be a dinner, silent & live auction.  Tickets are $50 per person.
